The composer of Bloodborne and Sekiro working on the music of Elden Ring

Yuka Kitamura has confirmed to be working on the music of Elden Ring.

If the name doesn’t sounds familiar, Kitamura has created the music for many titles From the Software, including the most recent, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twiceand perhaps the most beloved, Bloodborne – who has just turned five years old.

The composer has also worked on other games from the japanese software house, including Dark Souls II and Dark Souls III, as well as Déraciné for PlayStation VR.

The news comes from Twitter, where Kitamura replied simply in the affirmative to the question if he were working for Elden Ring.

This type of communication says a lot about how little we know of the new soulslike for PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One.

Initially it was thought that it would be able to arrive in stores in time for June, but it looks like the track of a launch so close it would have to be discarded.
