April 1 is traditionally the day where you cannot well distinguish reality from fiction. That’s why when someone launched into a joke that makes light of the heart of the players in waiting, many have admitted to be fall for it.
It’s the 1st of April, already.
Comes from social ad God of War – Part II for PlayStation 5 that (as you can imagine) has nothing for the moment of truth in the base. Or, at least, there is nothing real in this ad, which was also a reference to a live stream on The PlayStation Blog for the presentation imminent, with an account disguised as Sony Santa Monica (which “is fishing”as states in the name).
The joke quickly became viral (with many fans who have admitted there fell for it in full), to the point of reaching up to the ears of the Cory Barlog, award-winning director of the recent reboot of the franchise Sony Santa Monica. Without too many words, Barlog expressed with a smiley face that blushes, in front of the ad-fake as of April 1, orchestrated by the bontemponi.
If you are amongst those who have seen turn this ad, in short, make yourself comfortable, and sleep serene: it’s April 1 and there will be no imminent presentation of the next God of War on the next-gen.
In this regard, you have already taken a look at the list of games already confirmed for the release on the PS5?
